GT Exchange Programs

Project Description / Goals:

  • Increase study abroad participation for Georgia Tech Exchange Programs for the 2012-13 academic year.

Creative Process and Strategy:

  • Updated wording, design, and graphics for annual print collaterals (Study Abroad Annual Calendar and GT Exchange Booklet)

  • Created campaign to recruit for GT Exchange Programs encouraging them to consider a global education through experiential learning.

Results:

  • Expanded audience of campaign by advertising in multiple GT communication channels including student newspaper, social media, student fairs, and display boards around campus.

  • Increased momentum for cxchange programs as students experienced new media that was modern and in multiple locations.

  • Increased involvement in exchanges and study abroad in general.

Promotional Calendar

Georgia Tech Study Abroad participants submitted photos for prizes. Winners were also a part of an annual calendar distributed to the GT student body and used for OIE marketing campaigns.

Exchange Booklet

Twenty-four-page informational booklet providing details on all Georgia Tech Exchange Programs.
